Declarations
The Welcome Tour operates on a flexible basis – competitors purchase a number of starts for their horse(s) and use the tickets they receive to declare for the event(s) they wish to jump in. Declarations will close at 2:30pm the day preceding the competition (e.g. Deadline for Saturday’s events is 2:30pm on Friday).
Declarations must be made in the Secretary’s Office. If you are not on-site, declarations will be accepted online using the ‘Online Declaration Form.’ Please note that if you have already collected your tickets from the office you will not be able to declare online.

International Competitors will pay a block fee of €240 to include stabling.
Jumpcross entry €35 to include a practice round.
Stabling: €40 for one week and €60 for two weeks – must be booked in advance.
Hook Up: €50 per week.
The Main Indoor arena is available daily for schooling horses that are competing during the Welcome Tour – cost €10 for 10 minutes.
The winning combination of the 5 year old Final on Sunday April 13th
and those combinations placed first and second in the 5 year old final on Sunday April 20th
qualify for the FINAL of the Millstreet Ruby 5 year old Championship (prize fund €10,000) at Millstreet CSI 3* August 2014.
The winning combination of the 6/7 year old Final on Sunday April 13th
and those combinations placed first and second in the 6/7 year old final on Sunday April 20th
qualify for the FINAL of the 6/7 year old Boomerang Championship (prize fund €15,000) at Millstreet CSI 3* August 2014.
The winning combinations of the following finals will qualify for the FINALS at Millstreet CSI 3* August 2014
Sunday April 13th
1.00m Final qualifies for the 1.00 m final in August
1.10 -1.15m Final qualifies for the 1.10m final in August 1.20-1.25 final qualifies for the 1.20 Final in August
Sunday April 20th
1.00m Final qualifies for the 1.00 m final in August
1.10 -1.15m Final qualifies for the 1.10m final in August 1.20-1.25 final qualifies for the 1.20 Final in August
In the event that any of the five highest placed horses in the 1.30 – 1.35m final on Sunday April 13th finish in the first five in the CSI 1* Grand Prix on Sunday April 20th they will each receive a €1,000 bonus.
